Making lifestyle changes to improve your health and wellbeing can be tough … and the providers at Pure Being would love to help guide and support you!

The Lisas (Lisa Merrifield and Lisa Haake) have put together a new pilot program called “Wellness Wednesdays.” (Think of it as the other WW.) Come with your goals, and we’ll help you meet them through group support and simple, natural evidence-based strategies.

Each Wellness Wednesday includes:

  • Sharing and support

  • Setting intentions for the next week

  • Learning and practicing a mindfulness tool

  • Sharing food/nutrition suggestions (and some tastings!)

  • Exploring creative and enjoyable ideas for moving more

  • Unpacking health and wellness headlines

Your Wellness Wednesdays membership also includes four optional Gentle Yoga classes on Friday mornings, two weekend wellness walks, weekly evening meditations, and two weekend Soothe Our Systems yoga classes.

Because this is a pilot program, your participation and real-time feedback will also help shape the future of this and other offerings at Pure Being!
