We will discuss creating tea rituals and hold a meditative, intention-setting tea practice you can do at home. You'll also have the chance to sample various teas and make a custom blend to take home.

Join holistic health coach Lisa Merrifield as she helps you develop a healthier relationship with food by exploring hunger cues, using healthy techniques to reframe your thinking about food, and using supportive techniques to live in health and happiness.
