Before we work together, here are some guidelines to keep us both safe and satisfied with the experience.

Please read these terms and conditions. When you book and pay for a reading, that indicates consent.

1. Scope of work

You are retaining me to provide astrology, tarot, and/or health coaching services by purchasing a session. Most services will be rendered via Zoom. Some in-person sessions are available if desired. Sessions last between 30 and 60 minutes depending on what you have selected. Please refer to “Book a Reading” for information on specific sessions.

2. Creating the ideal conditions for your session

You are hiring me to provide my perspective on a situation in your life. I am 100% committed to helping you find the tools and understand your natal gifts and the opportunities that may arise for you.

• Please come to our session with an open mind

• Please find a quiet space where you can hear me well and we can talk freely

• During our session, I will ask you if what I am saying resonates. Please communicate with me openly to ensure that the information I share with you is useful and accurate

• I can’t tell you what you will or won’t do. You have free will. What I can tell you is where I see the energy in your life at a given time

• I won’t look at charts for friends, family, or children without their express permission. A natal chart is a sacred document and I do not want to violate anyone’s privacy

• I strive to make sure our time together is safe and productive. If I ever say anything that upsets you or just doesn’t feel right, please let me know. I promise to do what I can to make it right for you and will do what is necessary so you are satisfied.

3. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Session Forfeiture

Session times are agreed upon in advance by both parties when you book your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please email me as soon as possible at TrailsEdgeAstrology@gmail.com. I appreciate 24 hours notice. If I need to reschedule or cancel, I will give you at least 24 hours notice as well.

I understand that emergencies happen. If you have extenuating circumstances, please let me know so we can work together to find a solution.  If I have extenuating circumstances, I will do the same for you.

Cancelations with over 24 hours notice will be fully refunded minus credit card processing fees. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded. I am happy to reschedule.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not communicated with me in advance (or shortly after the fact in the case of emergencies), no refund will be issued. If the mistake is mine, I will of course give you a full refund.

If you regularly reschedule appointments, I reserve the right to part ways. Both of our time is valuable.

If you are late for your appointment, we will work with the remaining time as best we can. I am not able to extend appointments beyond the allotted time because of my commitments to other clients.

4. Support after our session

I will provide a session recording, if you would like one, and any resources I offered within 48 hours of our session. If you have questions or need clarification about something I told you, please email me at TrialsEdgeAstrology@gmail.com.

All email correspondence is strictly confidential and goes to my private mailbox. I will not share any information about you without your express permission

5. Refund Policy

Payment for your session confirms your appointment. If you need to cancel for any reason and do so more than 24 hours before our session, I will refund your payment minus credit card processing fees. If you cancel within 24 hours, I cannot refund your payment but am happy to reschedule your session.

6. No Guarantees

I will bring my best advice, resource, and skills to your session, but I can’t guarantee the results or outcomes as you apply them in your life. I do guarantee the services as described above, but how you use the information is entirely up to you.

I am not a doctor, dietician, therapist, lawyer, accountant, or other licensed professional and my advice does not supersede the recommendations and instructions you receive from those or other licensed professionals. If I suggest something that contradicts something a licensed professional has advised, please let me know and disregard my advice.

In reading this agreement, you take 100% responsibility for any actions you take because of our session, in whole or in part.

7. Confidentiality

I am committed to your privacy. Information we discuss, both during the session or via email, will remain completely confidential. Periodically, I use client examples while teaching. If I would like to use an example from a conversation we have had, I will seek your written permission prior to doing so. You have the right to decline my request and if you do, I will respect that decision without question.

8. If you are not satisfied

Please let me know if you are not satisfied with your session. I strive to provide excellent service but if you don’t feel like you have received what you are promised, I will do my best to make it right. Please reach out as soon as possible to TrailsEdgeAstrology@gmail.com
