Walking Through the Wheel of the Year
Do you crave salad in the summer and stew in the winter? There is a reason for that! We are creatures of the Earth, and we are meant to be aligned with the seasonal cycles. For millennia people have recognized eight turning points in the year, which we call the wheel of the year. These turning points come with different customs and practices that help us live into the season. In this workshop, we will discuss practical mental, physical, and spiritual ways to align with your natural rhythms to the wheel of the year.
